A vacancy has arisen for the position of Account and Operation Co-ordinator – OWS

The key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the responsibilities detailed below:

  • Participate in planning meetings internal and external / Rig morning calls/ DWOP/ CWOP / AAR at customer
  • Customer contact (equipment recommendations, clarification of equipment lists)
  • Receive and manage orders from customers according to contract
  • Identify and source any shortfalls in equipment
  • Coordinate mobilisation of equipment together with the operations team
  • Daily communication with offshore crews when required
  • Prepare job packs/information to offshore crews as required
  • Offer equipment beyond contract
  • Prepare quotes and follow up contracts
  • Follow up projects, report writing, EOWR
  • Report any incidents or accidents and follow up Synergy cases for the current rigs
  • Sporadically travel to rigs
  • Make sure that specifications and orders from the authorities, operator and owner is held
  • Cost control rented equipment and purchased services (transport etc.)
  • Preference will be given to candidates meeting the following criteria:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant TRS on and offshore experience
  • Previous experience in a coordinators role is preferred
  • Good knowledge of technical drilling equipment
  • The right to work in the UK.
