Key Activities.

  • Manage the Humber O&M Facility and Visitors Centre along with a business admin assistant and contracts relating to the day to day operation of the facility,
  • Manage the Humber Community Benefit Fund,
  • Arrange & manage visits to the wind farm and visitors centre to promote public relations;
  • Manage links between the Rampion team and local educational facilities to help develop engineering skills in the local area,
  • Oversee and manage general administration for the Operations team and O&M base (through others),
  • Manage contracts for services such as Facilities Management, Visitors Centre maintenance, etc..
  • Develop and maintain secure document management systems for both the Operations team and JV Performance Manager to ensure that staff and shareholders have access to all relevant documentation,
  • Fulfil the role as the HOW Representative for the purposes of compliance processes,
  • Ensure management of books, records, board meetings, management accounts, corporate budget and reporting for HOW
  • Organise and manage formal company meetings and communications,
  • Engage and align with RWE internal stakeholders to ensure that RWEs service obligations are clearly communicated and met,
  • Establish and maintain a sustainable relationship to the other JV partners on an operational level. Build positive working relationships with the key JV personnel,
  • Support RWE on the production of board papers, service proposals and formal reporting.
  • Role Requirements

  • Organised, conscientious and a capable line manager,
  • Budget forecasting and management skills,
  • Strong communication skills, able to present information clearly and concisely in verbal and written form,
  • Sufficiently technically and commercially literate to produce well-argued draft information and decision papers in conjunction with relevant members of the Service Provider Teams,
  • Capable of building networks at all levels with internal & external stakeholders and a team player,
  • Proficient and experienced with the use of office IT systems such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Databases, etc.
