Equinor’s New Energy Solutions (NES) business area reflects our long-term goal to complement our oil and gas portfolio with profitable renewable energy. We are on track to become a major player in the global offshore wind business. In parallel, our ambition is to become a market-driven power producer from multiple renewable energy sources (solar, onshore wind and energy storage) with a significant position and capabilities in 3-5 power markets by 2030.
Our graduates within renewables work on multiple tasks throughout the programme. You can expect to rotate across the organisation, area or work location during the programme. You will become a valuable member of our graduate community and collaborate with teams across Equinor’s value chain.
Work tasks may vary according to your competence profile, assignment and business needs. Typical tasks /assignments under Renewables are:
Renewables development projects and supply chain within offshore wind, solar or carbon capture and storage
Various other roles /tasks involving creative thinking, innovation, constructive drive to challenge the status quo, within the renewables business
