The role of HR Manager encompasses both strategic and operational HR matters. Reporting to the Managing Director you will ensure that current best practice in all people related and legislative requirements are embedded in the company’s operations. You will advise on HR related strategy to ensure that company employees have the skills and qualifications to maintain and grow its presence in the marketplace.

To be successful in the role you will need a formal HR qualification, and significant experience in a senior HR role encompassing whole life cycle HR responsibilities.

It would be beneficial if you had experience in;
– preparing HR Policies and Procedures
– recruitment, selection & termination
– managing the competence & L&D function
– GDPR
– an industrial / engineering environment

In all cases starting salary will be dependent on your experience which must be supported by recognised academic qualifications and prior relevant experience.
The hours for the position will be on average 12 per week and will be flexible.

Employees are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the Company’s HQ in Worcester.
