In response to continued growth and expansion, The ANIFPO Group, (incorporating ANIFPO, Sea Source Processing and Sea Source Offshore, and other group undertakings) wish to appoint an IT & Systems Lead to progress the implementation and development of management systems, technical systems and bespoke reporting and monitoring systems, across the business group.
Located at our office in Kilkeel, the Anglo-North Irish Fish Producers Organisation (ANIFPO) has been providing a range of services to Northern Irish fishermen since 1984. Our speciality is in the areas of: quota management, representation and, increasingly marketing.
Sea Source processing competes in market for the best fresh produce, processing and distributing seafood products in Kilkeel before shipping worldwide. As a growing business automation and quality control are critical aspects of our operations.
Sea Source Offshore provide unique and advanced ‘at-sea’ asset management for major international energy and infrastructure projects; reporting on detailed vessel deployment, crew compliance, built environment and geophysical behaviours.
The IT & Systems Lead will play a critical role in guiding, developing and supporting the group’s IT Strategy. Your role will be to increase customer satisfaction and operational performance through improved efficiency, effectiveness and profitability across the group by successfully identifying and implementing key IT projects.
This is a new post to meet the growing requirements of SaaS implementation, developing CRM and financial costing systems, and providing data recording and analysis tools to operational managers.
The group has critical operational systems to implement that will require key reviews of infrastructure, cloud storage, software development and operational platforms.

The ideal person will be degree qualified, with post graduate experience of multiple IT systems, scenarios and implementation projects. Effective verbal and written communication skills for the role are critical, as well as effective planning and organisational skills and an ability to use own initiative and identify problems and solutions. They will have an ability to analyse, interpret and present complex statistical information from a range of systems/sources.
