IT is a key enabler of business transformation through provision of core enterprise technology, standardised processes and data which underpin the business value chain. The Elevate Program, sponsored by the CEO, is in early preparation stage engaging key stakeholders to shape transformation vision and scope.

Reporting to the VP of QHSE & IT, the Journey Manager plays a key role at the centre of the transformation program. The role is responsible for active management and support of all stakeholders touched by Elevate at each stage of the transformation journey. Journey Management enables efficient flow of timely information and effective ways of working across the program and sets the standard for relevance, quality and clarity of communication.

Journey Management is a primary enabler for successful design and deployment of Elevate. It differentiates transformation from change, strategic outcomes from tactical activities, success from failure. Elevate’s success requires a shift in mindset and new sustaining culture and requires a strategic approach to Journey Management.
