The Lead Installation Manager will be tasked to deliver the Transport and Installation works of the Offshore Substation of a wind farm, from planning at early stages, tendering, contract negotiation and management of execution, up to handover to O&M.
The candidate must be a professional with solid background and experience on offshore installation works, confident and reliable to take responsibility, competent to specify, evaluate and supervise installation works, as well as to manage multiple activities and interfaces. Significant experience on installation of Offshore Wind substations and/or Oil & Gas platforms is required. Along the lifetime of the project, she/he should be able to adapt to various roles within the team, either general or specific.
All the above while ensuring quality, best practices and excellent H&SE performance are applied.
The individual will be working as part of a global business with activities in many countries across Europe and the rest of the world. The position may require frequent travel to various locations in the UK and overseas and during development, contracting and delivery of installation. The individual should be prepared to work with teams at different locations.

This is a Permanent Full-time contract. Salary for this role will be min. from £62240 per annum, annual Bonus up to 20% Car allowance and Health Insurance Family coverage.
