The position holder is employed as a Logistics Coordinator and is required to progress his/her identified job tasks in a diligent and efficient way as directed by their line manager.


  • To control and co-ordinate the logistics of the current offshore workforce ensuring all manning requirements and crew changes are met accordingly.
  • To ensure all relevant administration relating to the workforce is processed timeously.
  • To monitor and book health screening, medicals and mandatory training as required, ensuring that client and company recording systems are updated.
  • To participate in Emergency Response exercises as required.
  • Ensure all personnel logistics are carried out in accordance with Company practice.
  • Issue mobilisation details to personnel and liaise with travel department to arrange accommodation
  • Ensure all employee records are accurately updated and maintained.
  • Accurate recording of Stand By / Held at Home / Held at Base periods, and associated payment paperwork completed.
  • Booking PTW / Client Inductions and ensuring all relevant instructions and/or information is given to all personnel prior to mobilisation.
  • Order PPE for offshore workforce, with approval of Operations Team.
  • Record within the various internal systems all holidays for offshore/site personnel and liaise with relevant teams to ensure accurate payment is processed
  • Process expenses from the offshore workforce, with approval from Operations Team.
  • Participates in out of hour’s on-call rota
  • In the absence of the Logistics Team Leader the senior coordinator is expected to provide guidance and best practice to fellow team members to ensure the ongoing smooth running of the function.
  • In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the position holder is required to perform other duties assigned by their line manager.


  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
