Manage the full spectrum of delivery of Fabric Maintenance work scopes including HSE, Quality, and Commercial outputs.
Act as Contract or Project Manager for specific scopes of work and maintain excellent client relationships whilst delivering project outcomes.
Be accountable for overall financial performance of the department and specific Projects.
Develop and maintain a suit of Fabric Maintenance management controls, Process Procedures and Work Instructions to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner whilst adhering to relevant Industry and Legislative requirements.
Act as Functional Process Owner for core Fabric Maintenance processes and provide SME input as required internally and externally.
Engage with external bodies to ensure that we remain compliant and are seeking best industry practice in the field of Fabric Maintenance.
Engage with all areas of Petrofac business to promote the Fabric Maintenance and Industrial Services capability and to seek and deliver opportunities for growth with current customers and future prospects.
Petrofac is currently looking to recruit an Operation Manager based in Aberdeen, UK.

Detailed knowledge of Fabric Maintenance disciplines – Coatings, Access, Fireproofing and Insulation
Knowledge of CMMS systems (Maximo / SAP).
Knowledge of standard Microsoft products (Excel / Word / PowerPoint).
Excellent safety awareness through exposure to offshore environments.
Conversant in Safety and Operational requirements within the Oil & Gas Industry.
Experience in similar roles within FM Specialist Company.
Experience of leading, coaching and developing a team.
Experience in delivering FM Projects and/or FM Contract Management
Experience in identifying and implementing FM improvements
A strong leadership drive, with the ability to manage operational challenges.
Resource management and an aptitude for working with stakeholders and clients.
Ability to drive behaviour change at all levels within the organisation utilising strong interpersonal skills to champion delivery through others
