Engage Talent Partners are pleased to be working with a leading provider of fire and safety services to the oil and gas, marine, and renewable sectors to recruit an Operations Team Lead.
Reporting to the Operations Manager the Operations Team Lead is responsible for ensuring all resources and personnel are coordinated effectively to ensure a quality delivery of service to the customer and will have line management responsibility for the operations team.
Candidates applying for this role must have a background in fire, gas, safety or security systems.
Allocation of engineers to the appropriate job in line with their experience, skills, and competence requirements.
Liaison with clients regarding work scopes. Preparation and issue of sales quotations.
Undertake Pre-job and post job briefs and ensure work packs are issued.
Coordinate the logistical availability of service/project team resource pool to support service and project work scopes.
Ensure compliance of mandatory technical and offshore training certification for service/project team resource pool
Liaise with stores team to ensure appropriate stock items are available to support service work scopes.
Liaise with product sales team to ensure tools/equipment is procured and expedited to support service/maintenance work scopes.
Collect continuous improvement feedback from clients and share with Operations Manager.
Confirm invoicing process for the services team meets company requirements and agreed deadlines.
Deliver weekly and monthly report data to Operations Manager in line with expected requirements.
Actively participate in HSEQ audits and inspections
The successful candidate for this role will have experience in a technical role within the oil, gas or marine industry and must have a background in fire, gas, safety or security systems along with supervisory experience or the capability to successfully lead a team.
